- General provisions
1.1 These trading rules (hereinafter – the Rules) determine the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods in the euroluxrefinish.nl electronic store (hereinafter – the Buyer) and UAB “Dažų ir Dangų Fabrikas” (hereinafter – the Seller). By purchasing goods in the electronic store, the Buyer agrees to these Rules.
1.2 The contract for the purchase and sale of goods between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter – the contract) is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer e-mails after creating a shopping cart in the store, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method and having familiarized yourself with these Rules, press the “Confirm product order” button. After the Buyer has completed the above-mentioned steps, the Seller sends a confirmation to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer that the order has been accepted and indicates the exact price of the product.
1.3 Use e. store services have the right to:
1.3.1 able-bodied natural persons, at least 18 years of age;
1.3.2 minors between fifteen and eighteen years of age only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in cases where they dispose of their earnings or scholarship independently;
1.3.3 legal entities purchasing goods for the purposes of their business, trade, craft or profession.
1.3.4 authorized representatives of all persons specified above.
1.4 If you want to use e. store services, you must register. Registration is considered completed and valid when you provide information about yourself electronically and proceed to further actions.
1.5 Personal data provided by you (name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone) when registering e. stored and processed in the store in accordance with the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania no. IX-1296 and described “Privacy Policy”.
1.6 The privacy policy and the general rules of use of the website are an integral part of this agreement.
- Buyer’s rights and obligations
2.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase Goods in the electronic store in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2 The buyer can choose and order any product from e. of goods presented in store catalogs
2.3 The buyer has the right to return the ordered products in accordance with the procedure provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, in their original condition and with all the accessories they were sold with. Goods that do not meet the above requirements, in the case of expired goods or goods that were made according to the Buyer’s special order, are not returned.
2.4 The Buyer has the right to ask the Seller to suspend and close the account in the Seller’s online store. The request for suspending the account must be submitted by e-mail to shop@ddf.lt or upon arrival at the Seller’s office.
